Bottled flavored teas are now sold commercially especially on such supermarkets that offers a wide range of drinks from healthy to a little bit alcoholic with love. Just this year manufacturers have started releasing and or manufacturing white tea, since almost of them, used to manufacture extracts from green tea. But ever wonder what the difference between those type of tea? Well, lets find out.

Both green tea and white tea are made solely with the leaves of Camellia sinensis. But basically white tea retain antioxidants in higher concentrations than green tea does, which means it provides more protection of our body from damage by free radicals. Radicals are those that cause our system to be weak and could damage our DNA structure.

On the other hand, green tea has its own benefits. It is helpful to those who have cancer, arthritis, high cholesterol levels, cardiovascular diseases, infections, and even impaired immune function. As you may know it has also its disadvantage, caffeine, caused the drinkers to be insomniac. However, caffeine on green teas is not like as much as with the regular coffee.

So which is which? I’d rather be on drinking the white tea than the green tea due to its positive effects on our body and could somehow prevent the illness I hate, Cancer.
